The Fort Pl.  Victorian B&B with charming fireplaces overlooking St. George, Verezzano Bridge, and Manhattan is convenient and close to stores and restaurants, and two blocks from the Staten Island Ferry to downtown Manhattan, St. George Ballpark, and is located around the corner from the St. George Theater.  The accommodations include one of 3 small private floors each with a king or queen size bedrooms and a private bath, with an option of another bedroom. The upper floor has a skylight bath and view of Verrazano bridge. Art Deco furniture, parking, wireless connection is included. According to the neighbors even Peggy Guggenheim was spotted here.  Illustrator and designer Paul Gorlach is the owner and lives on the property full time.
